The empirical analysis of Qualcomm and Huawei’s internationalization path show that,the controller of standard’ s internationalization path begins from the strong R&D capacity of the core technology and the first-mover advantages of market. For the follower of standard,it has the information and late-developing advantage.No matter which kind of internationalization path,enterprise’s technological standardization strategy all plays an important role.This paper has important implications for enterprises which participate in international competition through the technology standard strategy.
