相似性匹配和互补性匹配是人与环境匹配这一研究范式的两条支流,已有文献对这两个构念的研究呈并行研究的趋势.文章对相似性匹配和互补性匹配进行整合研究,基于雇佣关系理论建立相似性匹配和互补性匹配的关系模型,并且通过实证检验P-V Fit和N-S Fit对员工态度影响的机制.结果发现,N-S Fit在P-V Fit与员工态度的关系中起部分中介的作用,尽管P-V Fit对工作满意度具有直接的影响作用,但是中介N-S Fit起到关键作用.目前中国劳动力市场正处在“刘易斯拐点”上,员工需求的满足是人力资源管理中的重要标准,也是80、90后成为人力资源主力军背景下的必然要求.

Complementary fit and supplementary fit represent two distinct traditions within the person-environment fit para?digm.However,these traditions have progressed in parallel but separate streams.Based on the employment relationship theory, this paper constructs the relationship model between complementary fit and supplementary fit.And it empirically test the effect of p-v fit and n-s fit on employees’ attitudes.The results show that n-s fit mediates the relationship between p-v fit and em?ployees’ attitudes. Although the p-v fit has the direct effect on job satisfaction,the mediates effect of n-s fit plays an impor?tant role.At present,China’s labor market is on the lewis turning point,psychological need fulfillment becomes important standard in human resource management,which is the inevitable requirement when people born after 1980s and 1990s become the main human resource.
