目的:探讨复方钩藤降压片治疗高血压病左室肥厚阴虚阳亢、瘀血阻络证的临床疗效.方法:将62例本病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各31例,治疗组给予复方钩藤降压片联合马来酸依那普利治疗,对照组给予马来酸依那普利治疗,连续治疗12周后评价疗效.结果:降压疗效治疗组总有效率为87.1%,对照组总有效率为83.9%,治疗组优于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);中医证候疗效总有效率治疗组为96.8%,对照组为74.2%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后IVST、PWT、LVMI均较治疗前有明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后血浆AngⅡ、NE水平均明显降低(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组血浆AngⅡ、NE水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:复方钩藤降压片联合马来酸依那普利治疗高血压病左室肥厚阴虚阳亢、瘀血阻络证有较好临床疗效,可降低血压、改善患者临床症状,并且在改善左室肥厚方面也有一定效果.
목적:탐토복방구등강압편치료고혈압병좌실비후음허양항、어혈조락증적림상료효.방법:장62례본병환자수궤분위치료조화대조조각31례,치료조급여복방구등강압편연합마래산의나보리치료,대조조급여마래산의나보리치료,련속치료12주후평개료효.결과:강압료효치료조총유효솔위87.1%,대조조총유효솔위83.9%,치료조우우대조조,단차이무통계학의의(P>0.05);중의증후료효총유효솔치료조위96.8%,대조조위74.2%,치료조명현우우대조조(P<0.05);치료조치료후IVST、PWT、LVMI균교치료전유명현강저(P<0.05),차치료조명현우우대조조(P<0.05);량조치료후혈장AngⅡ、NE수평균명현강저(P<0.05);치료후치료조혈장AngⅡ、NE수평명현저우대조조(P<0.05).결론:복방구등강압편연합마래산의나보리치료고혈압병좌실비후음허양항、어혈조락증유교호림상료효,가강저혈압、개선환자림상증상,병차재개선좌실비후방면야유일정효과.
Objective: To study the clinical effects of compound uncaria hypotensive tablet on hypertensive disease with left ventricular hypertrophy of complex syndrome of yin deficiency yang excess and Blood stasis. Methods: 62 patients were randomly divided into treatment an control groups, 31 patients in each group. The treatment group was given compound uncaria hypotensive tablet and enalapril maleate , and the control group was given enalapril maleate. The effect was evaluated after 12 weeks. Results: For the anti-hypertensive effect, the total efficiency of the treatment group is 87.1%, and the total efficiency of the control group is 83.9%; the treatment group is better than that of the control group, but there was no significant difference(P>0.05). The total efficiency of syndrome effect was 96.8% and 74.2% in the treatment and control group respectively; the treatment group is obviously better than control group(P<0.05). The IVST, PWT and LVMI in the treatment group reduced after the treatment(P<0.05), and it is better than control group(P<0.05). The plasma AngⅡand NE level in both of the two groups reduced obviously(P<0.05), and the treatment group is significantly lower than the control one(P<0.05). Conclusions: Compound uncaria Hypotensive tablet can provide curative effect on hypertensive disease with left ventricular hypertrophy of complex syndrome of Yin deficiency Yang excess and blood stasis, lower blood pressure, improve the clinical symptoms and also have certain effects on improving left ventricular hypertrophy.
