目的:研究超声法提取二色补血草黄酮的最佳工艺.方法:采用超声提取法,以黄酮提取率为指标,应用响应面法优化分析黄酮提取工艺.结果:超声方法提取黄酮的最佳工艺为:超声功率380 W,超声温度50℃,时间35 min,二色补血草黄酮含量为36.28 mg/g.结论:超声提取二色补血草黄酮工艺具有简易可行、提取速度快等优点,为进一步的工艺开发有较好的参考价值.

목적:연구초성법제취이색보혈초황동적최가공예.방법:채용초성제취법,이황동제취솔위지표,응용향응면법우화분석황동제취공예.결과:초성방법제취황동적최가공예위:초성공솔380 W,초성온도50℃,시간35 min,이색보혈초황동함량위36.28 mg/g.결론:초성제취이색보혈초황동공예구유간역가행、제취속도쾌등우점,위진일보적공예개발유교호적삼고개치.
Objective: To obtain the optimum operation conditions for extraction of flavonoids from Limonium Bicolor Kunze with ultrasonic wave. Methods: The single-factor extraction tests and response surface analysis were employed to determine the optimum technological condition. Results: The optimized condition as follows: Ultrasonic power is 380 W, temperature of 50℃, time of 35 min. Under the optimized condition, the content of flavonoids is 36.28 mg/g. Conclusion: The result shows that the ultrasonic method is time-saving and easily, compared with the traditional methods. The findings can provide some information for the further researches of flavonoids from Limonium Bicolor Kunze.
