目前的继电保护可靠性研究主要是评估继电保护系统本身的可靠性,基本上没有定量分析继电保护对一次设备可靠性影响,在大电网可靠性评估中有必要定量计算继电保护对一次设备可靠性影响.建立了一种评估继电保护系统对一次设备可靠性影响的马尔科夫模型,得到继电保护系统对一次设备的整体不可用度的贡献量,并对部分可靠性参数进行了灵敏度分析,为进一步准确评估大电网可靠性的影响提供了参考.以IEEE-RTS79为算例,计算结果验证了所提方法的正确性.

At present the reliability study of relay protection mainly focuses on assessing the reliability of the protection system itself. But the quantitative influence of protection system on the reliability of primary equipment is rarely analyzed, which is necessary for the large power networks. A Markov model is established to evaluate this effect. The unavailability of primary equipment attributed to protection system is obtained and sensitivity of some reliability parameters is analyzed. The reliability of large-scale power system may be further evaluated accurately based on the proposed method. The results of IEEE-RTS79 prove the correctness of the proposed method.
