在教育变革的时代中,教师培训被看作是实现课程理解的重要路径.而“被培训”往往是基于行政命令的无奈之举,无助于改革的推行.本文通过强化合作性研究来实现教师培训的转向,努力提升培训的研究品性,进而构建求真的变革性文化.

At the age of education reform, teacher’s training is regarded as an important way to promote teacher's curriculum understanding. “Being Trained ”which is upset, can’t carry out the reform. Through the cooperative research, the training is realizing the turning and improving training quality ,building the culture of change.
