高等学校是培养德智体美全面发展的社会主义事业建设者和可靠接班人的重要基地.在实施科教兴国、建立人力资源强国中具有重要地位和作用.加强高校党的建设,做好党员工作,优化党员队伍结构,对于进一步增强党的凝聚力和战斗力,巩固党的执政地位具有重要意义.本研究在对当前高校党员信仰纯洁性调查研究的基础上,发现高校党员教育问题,并提出有效建议,期望为党的发展提供有益借鉴.
