学校德育效果不佳,学校与社会、道德认知与道德实践分离现象严重,学校—社区德育互动的呼声与诉求越来越强烈.然而,实践中制约因素很多,效果并不理想,如理念落后、政策缺失、机制不全、资源依赖、参与不足等.厘清学校—社区德育互动的制约因素有利于促进学校社区德育一体化,提高未成年人德育的针对性和有效性.

The school moral education effect is poor, the separation phenomenon of school and the society, the moral cognition and the moral practice is serious, the voice and appeal of school moral education and community interaction is more strongly. However, restrictive factors are many in practice, the effect is not ideal, such as behind the idea, lack of policy, incomplete mechanism, resource dependence, inadequate participation. To clarify the restricting factors of school - community moral education interaction is conducive to the promotion of integration of school moral education, improve the pertinence and effectiveness of moral education.
