留守经历对大学生人格发展具有一定影响.而影响积极与否关键在于引导.优化有留守经历大学生的人格发展的措施:以积极心理学为指导,培养其积极心理品质;开展留守经历调查,建立有留守经历大学生心理档案;挖掘留守经历的积极因素,加强对大学生的人格教育;开展团体辅导及朋辈辅导,加强心理健康教育;注重家校联系,充分发挥合力的教育作用.

Left-behind experience has a certain influence on the development of students' personality. The effect of positive or not is the key to guide. The measures to optimize the personality development of students’ left-home: take positive psychology as a guidance, cultivate their positive psychological quality; develop left-behind experience survey, establish psychology archives of college student has left-behind experience; mine positive factors of left-behind experience, to strengthen college students' personality education; carry out group counseling and peer counseling, strengthen mental health education; pay attention to school-home connection, give full play to the role of education force.
