商业银行是现代社会经济体系中经营货币的企业和资金供需方的媒介,但仅靠商业银行自身的资本远远不能满足其资产活动的需要.这个资金缺口的弥补有赖于银行的负债业务,负债业务提供了商业银行绝大部分资金来源.因此负债管理在商业银行的经营管理中占据着重要的地位.本文从我国商业银行负债业务现状入手,对我国商业银行保持适度的流动性提出相应的对策和建议.
