Less-developed regions are identified in Zhejiang Province,ecological and economic systems of the regions was regarded as the object of study. This paper systematically analysed evolution and correlation between socio -economic development and ecological environment in the regions, in the use of research data and statistics. On the base of this research, it analysed and discussed causes for the problem of the regional eco-environment.
