汽车尾气是大气污染的主要来源之一,为了有效降低尾气污染对人与环境的危害,研制了一种新型汽车尾气降解路面涂层材料.优化了光催化剂纳米稀土颗粒的制备工艺,提出了路面涂层材料的制备方法,采用室内表面摩擦系数试验和磨耗试验确定了涂层材料的最佳用量.结果表明:制备出的纳米材料粒度在50nm 左右且分散性良好;涂层材料最佳用量范围为300g/m2~600g/m2.

Car exhaust is one of the main sources of air pollution. In order to reduce harms to people and the environment brought by exhaust pollution, the new surface coating materials for automobile exhaust degradation was developed. The preparation process of photocatalytic nano rare-earth materials by precipitation is improved, as well as the manufactural technology of the coating material on pavement. The optimum dosage of coating material is determined with the indoor surface friction coefficient test and wear test. The results indicate that the nano material prepared is of size at around 50nm and of good dispersion; the optimum dosage range of coating materials is 300g/m2~600g/m2.
