Training in enterprise of private higher vocational college teachers is an important means of training double-professional teachers,improving education quality and raising the level of cultivating talents of higher vocational colleges. This paper analyzes the necessity and the ways of training in enterprise of private higher vocational college teachers and also gives some advices about management of training in enterprise.
