煤矿供电监控系统现场存在着智能测控单元类型多、通讯接口复杂、通讯规约繁杂的情况,传统方式设计的信息传输分站存在开放性差、功能孱弱、通讯接口类型少等问题,造成了煤矿供电监控系统建设周期长、建设成本高等后果.针对以上不足,文章提出用基于嵌入工控机的分站来建设的煤矿供电监控系统.该系统具备结构简单、通讯接口开放性强、支持通讯程序远程开发调试等特点,降低了煤矿供电监控系统建设周期和成本,是煤矿信息化建设不断发展的重要成果.

The site of coal mine power supply monitoring system with intelligent measurement and control unit type is more complicated, complex communication interface,communication protocol,the traditional way to design the information transmission sub-station open weak,poor communication interface type,resulting in a coal mine for electric monitoring system long construction period,the construction cost of the consequences.For the above shortcomings,the article proposed coal mine based on the the embedded IPC sub-station building power monitoring system.The system has a simple structure,the openness of the communication interface,remote development and debugging features,support communication program to reduce the cycle time and cost of construction of the mine power supply monitoring system,the continuous development of the important achievements of the Mine Information Construction.
