为了更好地提高教师的教学水平,近年来,我国很多师范类大学非常重视对学生教学技能的培养,纷纷采用微格教学培养模式和传统教学培养模式训练师范生的教学技能.笔者对这两种模式进行了比较研究,试图从中找出师范生教学技能培养的最佳模式.

In order to better improve teachers' teaching ability, many normal universities in China have attached much impor-tance to the cultivation of students' teaching skill, and miniature and traditional teaching modes are adopted. By comparing the two modes, the writer attempts to find out the best mode of culti-vating normal school students' skill.
