This paper discusses that the technical college library should establish and implement the knowledge management un-der the network environment. With structuring knowledge man-agement system as the core, and vigorously nurturing knowledge management librarians, so as to raise the capacity for knowledge service and strengthening core competitiveness of technical edu-cation.
