在众多构词法组成的英语单词中,由复合法构成的单词占有相当大的比例,其构成的复合词扩充和丰富了现代英语词汇.由于英语复合词通常由两部分组成,其重音的读音规则有一定的规律,而错误的重音发音会影响到复合词的表达.通过语音分析软件Praat软件对中国英语学习者和英语本族语者的复合词重音分布做对比研究,以期提高中国英语学习者的英语发音.

Compound words are chief way of forming new words, which especially commonly and largely used in present-day English, and the number of new words is formed by compound words. However, error stress pronunciation in compound words will affects the commu-nication of English. In this article, author analyzed the stress distribution of compound words through the pronunciation of Chinese Eng-lish learner and native speaker's. The aim of this paper is to find a good way to improve English pronunciation for English learner.
