本实验以凯氏定氮法的原理,采用KDY-9830凯氏定氮仪,分别选用三种蛋白质饲料、能量饲料、粗饲料和青贮饲料,经过2h消化,在4min、5min和6min蒸馏时间内测定其蛋白质含量,目的选择最佳蒸馏时间.结果以上四种饲料从4min增加到5min时,粗蛋白增加值分别为0.42%、0.50%、0.45%、0.45%,从4min增加到6min时,增加值分别为0.18%、0.23%、0.19%、0.25%.表明,测定饲料粗蛋白含量的最佳蒸馏时间应为5min为宜.

@@@@Three kinds of protein feeds, energy feeds, roughages and silages were respectively selected in this experiment. Each of these feeds was first digested for 2 hours and then digested for 4, 5 and 6 minutes separately. At the end the crude protein within each treatment was determined with the KDY-9830 Kjeldahl instrument according to the principle of the Kjeldahl method to select the optimal distillation time. Results showed that the crude protein was determined 0.42%, 0. 50%, 0.45%and 0.45%higher respectively in the four feeds with the distillation time of 4 minutes than 5 minutes, whilst the crude protein was determined 0.18%, 0.23%, 0.19%and 0.25%higher respectively in the four feeds with the distillation time of 4 minutes than 6 minutes. The results indicated that the optimal distillation time for the determination of crude protein in the feed should be 5 minutes.
