针对新景矿7210综采工作面风速高及疏水性煤尘给喷雾降尘所带来的难题,对喷雾中添加湿润剂提高降尘效果的机理进行了理论分析.在实验室对A型、B型及C型湿润剂降低矿井水表面张力及煤尘沉降时间进行了实验研究,优选出降尘效果较好的A型湿润剂.现场应用表明,喷雾中添加0.35%的A型湿润剂后,采煤机司机处平均粉尘浓度由原来的5242 mg/m3降至376.3 mg/m3,降尘效率达到92.8%,取得了较好的降尘效果.

To counter the problem that the hydrophobic coal dust in 7210 fully mechanized face with high air velocity is difficult to be suppressed by water spray in Xinjing Mine, theoretical analysis was carried out on the mechanism of adding wetting agent into water spray to improve dust removal effect. Experimental study was conducted in the laboratory on the reduction of the surface tension of water and the settlement time of dust by respectively adding Type A, B and C wetting agent into water, and Type A wetting agent with better dust removal effect was the optimum one. The site application showed that the water spray added with 35% Type A wetting agent can reduce the dust concentration at the position of the shearer operator from the original 5 242 mg/m3 to 376. 3 mg/m3 , dust removal efficiency reached 92. 8%, and better dust removal effect was thus achieved.
