针对皖北矿区祁东煤矿中近距离上保护层沿空留巷开采时被保护层煤巷条带瓦斯抽采问题,采用理论分析、现场试验等方法,研究了下向抽采钻孔的排渣、成孔、护孔、封孔、排水等工艺,并进行了下向钻孔排水工艺、瓦斯抽采效果考察,总结出瓦斯抽采、钻孔排水等成套技术.

To counter the problem of gas drainage from the strip mining region of the protected seam gateway when the medium-short-interval upper protective seam was mined with the gateway retained along the gob in Qidong Mine of Wanbei Coal Mining Area, study was carried out by theoretical analysis and site test on the technologies of drilling downward gas drainage holes, including the cutting handling, hole drilling, hole protection, hole packing, hole water removing and so on, and the effect investigation on the hole water removing and gas drainage processes was also conducted. Finally, a complete set of technologies for gas drainage and hole water removing was summarized.
