针对古叙矿区石屏一矿“三软冶煤层巷道难以支护的问题,对煤层顶底板矿物成分、巷道变形特征和破坏机理进行了分析.选取锚网梁索喷支护方案与支架+喷砼支护方案进行对比试验,并对锚网梁索喷支护进行了优化设计和支护方案确定,应用表明,锚网梁索喷支护是最适合该矿区“三软冶煤层回采巷道的支护形式.

To counter the problem that the “three-soft” seams are difficult to be supported in Shiping No. 1 Mine in Guxu Coal Mining Area, analysis was made on the mineral composition in the seam roof and floor, and the deformation characteristics and failure mechanism of the drift. Comparative test was carried out on the support pattern by bolt-mesh-cable and shotcrete lining and the support pattern by props and shotcrete lining, the optimized design was made on the support pattern by bolt-mesh-cable and shotcrete lining, and this support pattern was thus determined. The application showed that the support pattern by bolt-mesh-cable and shotcrete lining is most suitable for the “three-soft” coal drifts in this mining area.
