为培养出符合水产养殖生产一线的高级技能型人才,对于高职名特优水产动物养殖技术课程,在课程教学内容改革方面,要结合地方特色,坚持实用原则,编写适合本地沿海地区特色的课程讲义;在理论教学方式方面,要增加多媒体课件的应用,同时重视课程绪论内容的讲解;在实践教学改革方面,采取校内实验实训、校外生产实习相结合的办法来加强学生技能.
