考虑到学生之间的多方面差异,为保证充分就业与长远发展,针对模具企业对不同等级、不同数量的用人需求,常州信息职业技术学院机电工程学院针对高职模具专业设计了层次化的“四位一体”的实训机制,满足了模具专业不同层次学生的学习意愿,更有利于教学资源、师资力量的高效分配利用.

@@@@In view of various differences am ong students, in order to guarantee the full em ploym ent and long-term developm ent, Electrom echanical Engineering C ollege, C hangzhou C ollege of Inform ation Technology designs practical training m echanism of hierarchical "four in one" for higher vocational m ould m ajor according to m ould enterprises' em ploym ent requirem ent for different grades and different am ounts. It solves study w ill of students at different levels in m ould m ajor, w hich is beneficial for the effective distribution and usage of teaching resources and teaching force.
