基于高职院校教师职业特性和群体特征,“双师型”教师专业化是群体素养提升的有效策略.基于此,必须从建立资格准入制度,开展岗位在职培训,制定“双师型”教师认证制度,强化“双师型”教师评价制度等几方面入手,制定高职院校“双师型”教师专业化策略并具体探析了策略实施途径.
