近年来高职高专院校学生的整体素质趋于降低,各种学生违纪现象频发,由此引发的各种学生心理问题对教育工作者提出了严峻挑战.面对这种现状,急需认真研究违纪学生的个体心理特点,对违纪学生的追悔心理、失意心理、掩饰心理和报复心理认真分析,并在此基础上实施“关怀”、“疏导”、“冷处理”和“软硬兼施”等心理干预策略.

@@@@In recent years, higher vocational students' overall quality is reduced, discipline offence phenom enon m ore and m ore outstanding, w hich causes various students' psychological problem s, and puts forw ard serious challenge to education w orkers. Facing w ith this condition, it needs to study individual psychological characteristics of disciplinary offence students, analyzing students' regretted psychology, frustrated psychology, concealing psychology and vengeful psychology. O n this basis it can im plem ent psychological intervention strategy of"care","counseling","cold treatm ent" and "carrot and stick".
