该实验研究D101大孔吸附树脂反相柱层析纯化绿原酸工艺;通过实验确定最佳条件为:洗脱剂为20%乙醇、洗脱剂用量为5 BV、上样量为1.5 BV、洗脱流速为2 ml/min;在此条件下,绿原酸产品纯度由原70.10%提高至90.41%,得率为64.23%.

In this paper,the process of purifying Chlorogenic acid from sunflower flake with D101 Macroporous adsorption resin was studied,and finally confirmed the optimal eluant 20%ethanol,the volume of eluant 5BV,the volume of original solution 1.5 BV and the rate of flow 2 ml/min.The purity of final product was raised from 70.10%to 90.41%,and the yield was 64.23%.
