通过分析多工位级进模模架设计需求并结合UG软件装配环境及装配机制,提出了多工位级进模基于层次结构的约束装配模型,并给出了装配模型的计算机描述;利用 UG OPEN/UIstyler、UG OPEN/Menuscript、UG OPEN API 等工具,结合 VisualC++编程软件开发了多工位级进模模架设计模块,实现了UG环境下级进模模架的调用、修改、储存,为级进模结构标准件库功能的实现及工作零件设计模块的开发奠定了基础.
通過分析多工位級進模模架設計需求併結閤UG軟件裝配環境及裝配機製,提齣瞭多工位級進模基于層次結構的約束裝配模型,併給齣瞭裝配模型的計算機描述;利用 UG OPEN/UIstyler、UG OPEN/Menuscript、UG OPEN API 等工具,結閤 VisualC++編程軟件開髮瞭多工位級進模模架設計模塊,實現瞭UG環境下級進模模架的調用、脩改、儲存,為級進模結構標準件庫功能的實現及工作零件設計模塊的開髮奠定瞭基礎.

Considering the assembly environment and assembly mechanism in UG, a con?straint assembly model for multi-position progressive die based on hierarchical structure was proposed by analyzing the design requirement of multi-position progressive die sets and the presentation of the model in computer was also presented. Using the programming software Visual C ++ and the tools of UG OPEN/UIstyler, UG OPEN/Menuscript and UG OPEN API, a module for designing multi-position progressive die sets was developed and the operations of calling, modifying and storing progressive die sets in the UG environment were implemented.
