以往单一乏味的英语教学已经不符合新时代的要求.文章通过对学好外语新时代的口号和对"新课程标准"中英语教学的新要求作出了论述,指出应该加强"听说读写译"的能力,力求全面发展,摆脱以往英语教学的局限性,结合中国英语教学实际,构建适合我国英语教学特点的教学法.
