以电镀金刚石工具和石材为摩擦副,在MMW-1型立式万能摩擦磨损试验机上测试金刚石工具在室温条件下的干摩擦磨损性能,用Hv-1000显微硬度计测量石材的显微硬度.应用随机过程中的相关性从自相关函数、功率谱密度函数两方面对测得的摩擦因数进行分析.结果表明,石材硬度越大,摩擦因数越大;摩擦因数随着主轴转速和所施加的载荷的增加而增加,当转速大于200 r/ min时,摩擦因数为平稳随机过程;载荷对摩擦因数的功率谱密度影响较小,主轴转速对摩擦因数的功率谱密度影响较大.
以電鍍金剛石工具和石材為摩抆副,在MMW-1型立式萬能摩抆磨損試驗機上測試金剛石工具在室溫條件下的榦摩抆磨損性能,用Hv-1000顯微硬度計測量石材的顯微硬度.應用隨機過程中的相關性從自相關函數、功率譜密度函數兩方麵對測得的摩抆因數進行分析.結果錶明,石材硬度越大,摩抆因數越大;摩抆因數隨著主軸轉速和所施加的載荷的增加而增加,噹轉速大于200 r/ min時,摩抆因數為平穩隨機過程;載荷對摩抆因數的功率譜密度影響較小,主軸轉速對摩抆因數的功率譜密度影響較大.

@@@@The friction and wear properties of electroplated diamond tools against stone were studied on MMW-1 vertical universal friction and wear tester under room temperature and dry sliding condition. The hardness of the stone was meas-ured by Hv-1000 microscopic hardness tester. By applying the correlation in stochastic process,the self-correlation analysis and power spectra density analysis was made for the measured friction coefficient. The results show that the frictional coeffi-cient between the diamond tool and stone is increased with the increase of stone hardness,and also increased along with the increase of load and spindle speed. When the spindle speed is more than 200 r/ min,the friction coefficient is in a station-ary random process. The load has less influence on the power spectral density of friction coefficient,but the spindle speed bigger influence on the power spectral density of friction coefficient.
