通过选用和复配不同类型的合成基础油,筛选高效蜗轮蜗杆油所用的极压抗磨剂、高温抗氧剂、油性润滑剂和防锈防腐剂等添加剂,并调配和平衡各添加剂的用量,成功开发出一种高性能合成蜗轮蜗杆油.利用四球摩擦磨损试验机对其进行极压性能和高温抗磨性能评价,借助蜗轮蜗杆油台架试验机对其进行温升和效率评价.结果表明,研制的蜗轮蜗杆油具有良好的极压性能和高温抗磨性能,能够有效降低减速机油箱温升,提高传动效率,性能与进口知名品牌相当.
通過選用和複配不同類型的閤成基礎油,篩選高效蝸輪蝸桿油所用的極壓抗磨劑、高溫抗氧劑、油性潤滑劑和防鏽防腐劑等添加劑,併調配和平衡各添加劑的用量,成功開髮齣一種高性能閤成蝸輪蝸桿油.利用四毬摩抆磨損試驗機對其進行極壓性能和高溫抗磨性能評價,藉助蝸輪蝸桿油檯架試驗機對其進行溫升和效率評價.結果錶明,研製的蝸輪蝸桿油具有良好的極壓性能和高溫抗磨性能,能夠有效降低減速機油箱溫升,提高傳動效率,性能與進口知名品牌相噹.

@@@@Through the selection and combination of different types of synthetic base oil,the selection of high efficiency worm gear oil additives including high temperature extreme pressure and anti-wear agents,antioxidants,oily lubricant and antirust and preservative,and leveling and balancing the additive dosage,a high performance synthetic worm gear oils was developed. The extreme pressure and high temperature wear-resistant performances were evaluated by the four-ball wear test machine,and the temperature rise and efficiency were evaluated by the worm gear oil testing machine. The experimen-tal results show that the developed oil has good extreme pressure and high temperature wear-resistant performances,it can effectively reduce the temperature rise of deceleration fuel tank,and improve the transmission efficiency.
