目的:讨论分析我院门诊中西药房业务流程重组措施及其结果,门诊中西药房柜台式配-发药模式的优势与不足.方法:从改进的服务流程以及柜台式配-发药模式在我院运行的实际情况进行分析.结果:柜台式配-发药模式使药师能更好的为病人提供全面的药学服务.结论:通过对门诊中西药房服务流程的改进,充分发挥柜台式配-发药模式的优势,柜台式配-发药模式是一种适应时代发展需要的较好的药房工作模式.

Objective:to discuss the analysis of hospital outpatient dispensary business process reorganization measures and their results, advantages and disadvantages of Western medicine clinic in real counter dispensing model. Methods: analysis from the improved service flow and counter dispensing model in the actual situation of our hospital operation. Results: the counter dispensing mode makes the pharmacist can be better for the patient in pharmaceutical care. Conclusion: through the improvement of the outpatient dispensary service process, give full play to counter dispensing mode advantage, counter dispensing mode is a kind of meet the need of development of era better pharmacy working mode.
