目的:比较两种窝沟封闭剂在预防儿童龋齿方面的效果,旨在筛选出更加适合社区卫生服务中心开展窝沟封闭术的材料.方法:选择97名7~8岁儿童,已完全萌出的第一恒磨牙388颗,采用自身半口对照方法.选择左侧为实验组,采用含氟窝沟封闭剂进行窝沟封闭术,右侧为对照组,应用可见光窝沟封闭剂进行窝沟封闭术.术后半年、1年、2年定期复查窝沟封闭剂脱落和患龋情况进行效果比较.结果:含氟窝沟封闭剂组的1年、2年脱落率及患龋率均低于可见光窝沟封闭剂组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:含氟窝沟封闭剂远期在材料脱落率、年轻恒牙窝沟龋的患龋率均低于传统可见光封闭剂,值得在社区及学校推广.

@@@@ABSRACT Objective:The effects of two kinds of pit and fissure sealants on the prevention of child caries were compared so as to select the material that was more suitable for the community hospitals to develop pit and fissure sealant. Method:Three hundred and eighty-eight fully erupted first permanent molars were chosen from 97 children aged at 7 to 8 and the self-contrast was adopted. The left two molars of each child were put into the experimental group and given surgery with fluoride-containing pit and fissure sealant. The right ones were put into the control group and given surgery with light curable pit and fissure sealant. The rates for sealant dropping-off and caries occurrences were regularly checked and their effects were compared. Result:It was found that the one-year and two-year dropping-off rates and caries occurrence rate of the group using fluoride-containing pit and fissure sealant were significantly lower than those of the group using light curable pit and fissure sealant, and data had obvious difference (P<0.05). Conclusion:Fluoride-containing pit and fissure sealant is lower than light curable pit and fissure sealant in respect of the long-term sealant dropping off rate and the prevalence of young permanent fissure caries, which is worth popularization at the community and schools.
