目的:研究治疗性生活方式改变(TLC)为主的综合干预对社区代谢综合征(MS)患者的作用,对其心血管危险因素进行效果评价.方法:根据本社区居民MS基线调查的数据结果,选取MS患者252例,随机分为干预组(114例)和对照组(138例).干预组实行TLC为主的综合干预3年,对照组不采取相应干预,分别评估两组干预前后相关生理、生化学指标的变化.结果:干预组体重指数、女性腰围、血压、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、甘油三酯显著降低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇显著增高(P<0.05).结论:治疗性生活方式干预对降低MS患者的有关心血管危险因素有显著效果,该模式的实施对于社区内心血管危险因素的控制是有效的.

Objective: To study the role of the therapeutic life style change (TLC) as the main comprehensive intervention to the patients with metabolism syndrome (MS) in community and to evaluate their effect on cardiovascular risk factors. Method:Two hundred and fifty two cases with metabolic syndrome were randomly chosen from the data results of MS baseline survey of the community residents and divided into the intervention group(114 cases)and the control group(138 cases). The patients in intervention group had received the comprehensive intervention of TLC for 3 years and the control group without it. The changes of physiological and biochemical indexes were evaluated before/after intervention for those groups. Results:BMI, female waist circumference, blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 hours blood glucose, triglyceride in the intervention group decreased obviously and the high-density lipoprotein increased significantly(P < 0.05). Conclusion:The therapeutic life style intervention has significant effect on decreasing some cardiovascular risk factors of MS patients. The implementation of this model is effective for the control of cardiovascular risk factors in the community.
