目的探讨颅脑外伤术后颅骨缺损并发脑积水的原因,总结其治疗方法及疗效.方法选择我院2010年8月~2012年11月颅脑外伤后并发脑积水28例,所有患者均采用可调压式分流装置行脑室腹腔分流术,后行颅骨修补术,对其临床资料、术后并发症及预后进行分析总结.结果术后26例患者脑积水症状术后均有改善或消失;原有脑室扩大均有不同程度缩小,其中2例发生分流管梗阻,1例出现颅内感染,给予相应处理病情好转.结论外伤性脑积水是颅脑外伤中较常见的并发症,临床上要及早诊断及时处理,调压式脑室腹腔分流术,可以明显改善患者预后,提高患者的生活质量,是目前颅脑外伤后脑积水的有效治疗方法,值得临床推广应用.

Objective to investigate the causes of skull defect complicated hydrocephalus after craniocerebral injury operation, to summarize the therapeutic methods and curative effect.2010 august to 2012 in our hospital in november after craniocerebral trauma complicated with hydrocephalus in 28 cases, all patients were treated with pressure adjustable shunt underwent ventriculoperitoneal shunt, after cranioplasty, analyzed and summarized the clinical data, postoperative complications and prognosis.after 26 patients with hydrocephalus after operation the symptoms improved or disappeared; the original expansion of ventricles of brain decreased with different degree, of which 2 cases of obstruction, intracranial infection occurred in 1 patients, treated condition.traumatic hydrocephalus is a common complication in head injury clinical to early diagnosis, timely treatment, pressure regulating ventriculoperitoneal shunt, can significantly improve the prognosis of patients, improve the quality of life of patients, is currently the head of post-traumatic hydrocephalus and effective treatment, worthy of clinical application.
