目的脑器质性精神障碍是有脑部疾病导致的精神障碍,包括脑血管病、颅内感染、脑变性疾病、脑外伤、脑瘤等所致,由脑部病理或病理生理学改变所致的精神障碍.以精神症状首发的脑器质性精神障碍很少见,为探讨脑器质性精神障碍的临床特点,对我院2010年至2012年收治的18例脑器质性精神障碍的临床资料做如下分析报道.
目的腦器質性精神障礙是有腦部疾病導緻的精神障礙,包括腦血管病、顱內感染、腦變性疾病、腦外傷、腦瘤等所緻,由腦部病理或病理生理學改變所緻的精神障礙.以精神癥狀首髮的腦器質性精神障礙很少見,為探討腦器質性精神障礙的臨床特點,對我院2010年至2012年收治的18例腦器質性精神障礙的臨床資料做如下分析報道.
목적뇌기질성정신장애시유뇌부질병도치적정신장애,포괄뇌혈관병、로내감염、뇌변성질병、뇌외상、뇌류등소치,유뇌부병리혹병리생이학개변소치적정신장애.이정신증상수발적뇌기질성정신장애흔소견,위탐토뇌기질성정신장애적림상특점,대아원2010년지2012년수치적18례뇌기질성정신장애적림상자료주여하분석보도.
Objective:Brain organic mental disorders mental disorders are caused by brain diseases, including cerebrovascular disease, intracranial infections, caused by disease, brain injury, brain tumor, brain degeneration, pathological physiology or pathology of the brain changes caused by mental disorders.Psychiatric symptoms in first episode of brain organic mental disorder is rare, to explore the clinical characteristics of brain organic mental disorders, from 2010 to 2012 in our hospital admitted 18 patients with brain organic mental disorders: clinical information of the following analysis reports.
