目的探寻循症护理在褥疮护理中的实践及临床意义.方法用循症护理的方法对卧床老年患者进行褥疮护理及预防,综合评价.结果82名卧床老年患者除入院时带入褥疮1例,未发生褥疮.结论应用循症护理指导临床护理实践,能保证护理质量,提高整体护理水平.

Objective:searching through the practice of nursing in nursing care of bedsore and clinical significance.Methods of nursing through method to nursing and prevention of bedsore in elderly patients, collectively.results 82 bed in addition to admission into 1 patients with bedsore in elderly patients, not decubitus.conclusions applied through clinical nursing practice of nursing, can guarantee the quality of care and to raise the overall standard of care.
