Due to the frequent breakdowns of the 10 kV type on user side, 12 kV outdoor user intelligent demarcation switch with 630 A rated current and 20 kA rated short-circuit breaking current is developed. This article introduces the integral structure, permanent magnetic actuator,control device and protection method of the switch. This intelligent demarcation switch has passed the type test held by national machinery industry high-voltage electrical products quality inspection center.
