气象灾害对电网安全生产和稳定运行的影响越来越大,电网企业正在深化应用气象信息,减少气象灾害带来的损失.阐述了格点气象数值预报具有时间连续、粒度密集、易于实现现地预报等特点,结合山西电网气象信息系统,从电网生产和运行的现实需求出发,初步应用了气象格点数值预报信息,并提出了一种实现输电线路输电载流量预测的思路和方法.

This article points out the increasingly significant impact of meteorological disasters on the safe production and stable operation of the electric power grid. Many of the electric power grid enterprises are deepening the application of meteorological information to reduce the losses resulted from meteorological disasters. The grid-based numerical weather prediction is a field forecast which is continuous in time,dense in record and easy to realize. Starting from the realistic needs of the electric power grid production and operation,this article proposes a method to predict the ampacity of transmission lines based on the primary application of the grid-based numerical weather prediction information collected from the meteorological information system of Shanxi electric power grid.
