This article states the structural characteristics of the 116 MW circulating fluidized bed’s hot-water boiler of one heat source plant, and then makes the boiling-out plan suitable for the hot-water boiler of the circulating fluidized bed to start up its commissioning process. After analyzing the causes for the hot-water boiler’s frequent shutdown and the fluctuating discharge pressure during the on-load trial operation,this article also proposes suggestions for the commissioning and operation of the circulating fluidized bed’s hot-water boiler.
