Since the air quality is poor in the northern cities and the cooling spray device is used when the temperature is high,the condenser surface is always exposed to the grey water. Therefore,the condenser fins have heavily scaled,which develops into such a heavy heat insulation layer as to impede the heat exchange performance of the condenser. Taking the 300 MW direct air-cooling unit as an example,using high-pressure water jet to clean the air-cooling condenser can improve the radiator’s cooling performance and greatly increase the economic efficiency of the air-cooling unit.
