完成了新型热交换器的传热与流动性能实验研究,并与同规格下的弓形折流板热交换器性能进行对比.建立了简化的壳程计算模型,分别对弓形折流板热交换器和新型纵流式热交换器进行数值模拟,获得了2种热交换器壳程内部的流动分布、温度分布和压力分布,并将模拟结果与实验数据进行了对比.实验及模拟结果表明,新型热交换器温度分布均匀、流动死区少、壳程压降低,综合性能远高于折流板式热交换器.

An experimental study on the shell side flow and heat transfer of a new type shell and tube heat exchanger was conducted ,and comparative research of a segmental baffle heat exchang‐er with the same specifications was made .Then simplified shell side computational models of the two heat exchangers were created for numerical simulation ,temperature ,flow and pressure dis‐tributions were obtained ,and the simulation results were compared with the experimental data . Experimental study and numerical simulation results show :the new longitudinal‐flow heat ex‐changer has uniform temperature distribution ,small flow dead zone ,low shell pressure drop ,and combination property is much higher than segmental baffle heat exchanger .
