波纹板片是板壳式热交换器的核心元件,其工作在高温、高压、腐蚀等恶劣环境下,失效事故时有发生.利用有限元模拟技术,通过分析发现换热效率较高的薄波纹板片强度较低是不可忽视的问题,分析结果为板壳式热交换器的设计提供了新的理论依据.
波紋闆片是闆殼式熱交換器的覈心元件,其工作在高溫、高壓、腐蝕等噁劣環境下,失效事故時有髮生.利用有限元模擬技術,通過分析髮現換熱效率較高的薄波紋闆片彊度較低是不可忽視的問題,分析結果為闆殼式熱交換器的設計提供瞭新的理論依據.

@@@@T he corrugated sheet is core components of plate and shell type heat exchanger .Be‐cause of its work in severe environment of high temperature and high pressure and corrode etc . failure accidents happened from time to time .The finite element simulation technology was ap‐plied ,through analysis it found that the thin corrugated sheet with higher efficiency heat ex‐changer of its low intensity is a problem which cannot be ignored .The results provide a new the‐oretical basis for plate and shell type heat exchanger design .
