分析了汽柴油加氢装置中循环氢流量及临氢系统压降非周期性大幅波动的原因,从工艺操作参数变化判断高‐高压螺纹锁紧环热交换器出现内漏,紧固内圈压紧螺栓后内漏现象并未消除.对间歇性内漏原因进行了分析,通过检修时的数据校核,认为内漏的根本原因是初装时内部垫片预紧力过大,造成垫片回弹率低.提出了避免高‐高压螺纹锁紧环热交换器内漏的回装要点.

@@@@The reasons that the gasoline and diesel oil hydrogenation unit in circulating hydrogen flow rate and pressure drop of non periodic fluctuations on hydrogen system are analyzed . Jud‐ging the inner leakage of high pressure thread locking ring heat exchanger by the process of oper‐ation parameters diversification ,but leakage phenomenon did not eliminate by fastening ring clamping bolt .In response to intermittent leakage reason analysis and through troubleshooting for data verification ,the underlying cause of the leakage is found out in installation w hich the in‐ner gasket pretightening force was too large ,resulting in the gasket low resilience .Some of the points for high pressure thread locking ring heat exchanger to be installed back are put forward .
