岩溶路基注浆施工缺乏技术规范和标准,施工中普遍存在现场污染严重、材料损耗无法准确计量、施工质量得不到保证等问题.本文以宁安铁路岩溶路基工程为背景,试验研究了采用工厂标准化的浆液拌制及注浆工艺,由自动计量拌合站集中生产,混凝土车运输至现场注浆池,采用与浆液相匹配的计量注浆泵进行压力注浆.通过配备标准电子计量设备,准确控制浆液配合比,确保浆液质量,现场通过电子计量准确记录注浆工程数量.既保证了施工质量,又能改善施工环境、提高工作效率.路基岩溶注浆工厂化、标准化模式和控制技术措施值得推广应用.

The paper chooses the grouting construction for karst subgrade as the study object,in the hope of overcoming its lack of technical specification or standard,general occurrence of in-situ contamination, no accurate measurement for material consumption and its incapacity to guarantee construction quality. In that light,experiments have been conducted to study the factorial technique of grout mixing and filling under the background of Nanjing-Anqing Railway. In other words,grout is centrally produced in automatic batching and mixing plant and transported to the filed in concrete mixing and transporting car;based on the grouting slurry,injection pump will be chose accordingly to conduct pressure grout injection. The standard equipment applied will guarantee an accurate mixture ratio and the quality of the slurry. At the same time,the electronic metrologic technology is able to accurately calculate the grouting volume. The mode of factorial and standardized grouting treatment for karst subgrade and its controlling techniques are worthy of spreading,as it unsure the construction quality and improve the working environment and efficiency.
