教师是高等教育的主体力量,担负着培养高层次人才,进行知识创新、技术创新的神圣使命.面对新时期的机遇与挑战,如何切实加强和改进高校教师培训工作,从而提高教师的整体素质已成为人事管理部门面临的重要课题.笔者从高校教师培训工作的现状分析入手进行了加强和改进高校教师培训工作的对策分析.

As the main body of higher education,university teachers are undertaking sacred missions of training high-level talents and of carrying on the innovation of knowledge and technology. Facing the opportunities and challenges in the new period,the personnel management department has an important task to strengthen and improve teachers’ training effectively so as to enhance the overall quality of the teachers. The author of this paper analyzes the present condition of teachers’ train-ing in universities and puts forward some strategies on strengthening and improving teachers’ training.
