目的观察Wister大鼠肝蒂内主要结构及其形态特点.方法 8%蛛红明胶经左心室灌注,手术显微镜下观察肝门静脉、肝总动脉、肝固有动脉、胆总管的位置,并测量其长度、外径及与各分支的角度.结果肝左、中、右管在前,肝动脉左、右支居中,肝门静脉左、右支在后;肝管汇合处最高,门静脉分叉处次之,肝固有动脉左、右支分叉处最低;肝动脉充盈直径为(0.4±0.1)mm、门静脉(1.2±0.2)mm.结论明胶灌注标本能够显示肝蒂内管道的基本结构特征及其排列关系,为肝脏疾病的临床及基础研究提供实验依据.
목적 관찰Wister대서간체내주요결구급기형태특점.방법 8%주홍명효경좌심실관주,수술현미경하관찰간문정맥、간총동맥、간고유동맥、담총관적위치,병측량기장도、외경급여각분지적각도.결과 간좌、중、우관재전,간동맥좌、우지거중,간문정맥좌、우지재후;간관회합처최고,문정맥분차처차지,간고유동맥좌、우지분차처최저;간동맥충영직경위(0.4±0.1)mm、문정맥(1.2±0.2)mm.결론 명효관주표본능구현시간체내관도적기본결구특정급기배렬관계,위간장질병적림상급기출연구제공실험의거.
@@@@ Objective To investigate the structure and morphological characteristics of hepatic pedicle in Wister rats .Methods The length,diameter of vein of hepatic portal ,hepatic artery,common bile duct and their angles were observed under microscope after injec -tion of 8%red gelatin into the left ventricle.Results The Hepatic duct,hepatic artery and portal vein were ordered front to back .And the convergence points of hepatic duct ,portal vein and hepatic artery were from top to bottom respectively .The filling diameter of hepatic artery and portal vein were (0.4 ±0.1)mm and (1.2 ±0.2) mm respectively.Conclusion The specimens of gelatin perfusion can display the basic structural features and arrange of hepatic pedicle pipeline ,which could provide experimental data for the clinical and basic research of liver diseases.
