化工生产中需要将大量的液体原料加入反应釜中,传统的压力泵上料存在泵的腐蚀、原料桶内余料过多、压力管剩料等诸多缺陷.采用真空上料系统,避免了原料与泵的直接接触,有效地解决了压力泵上料存在的缺陷,而且将工人从繁重的体力劳动中解放出来,既快速方便,又安全可靠,同时也为上料的计量带来方便,提高了生产率.

@@@@In chemical production ,a large amount of liquid material is added to reaction vessel .However , there are many defects existing in the conventional pressure pump when feeding ,such as corrosion of the pump ,more material left than expected ,two much leftover in pressure pipe ,and so on .Vacuum feeding system avoids direct contact between the raw materials and the pump .It is an effective solution to the de‐fects of conventional pressure pump ,and it also relieves the workers of their backbreaking labor .Being fast ,convenient ,safe ,and reliable ,it brings a lot of convenience to the measurement of feeding ,and greatly improves the productivity .
