Nowadays,the vocational educational groups have become a new measure to integrate vocational educational resource,complement each other’s advantages,and explore more benefits. Study the school-running mode of vocational educational groups is a foundation to solve the problem about administrative system and operation mechanism of running vocational educational groups.This paper will mirror the experience of foreign countries to run vocational educational groups , and analyze deeply the development strategy of China.
