以茎/叶性状不同的3个茎瘤芥自交系为亲本配制了2个杂交组合,对其P1、P2、F1、F2群体茎/叶性状的遗传体系应用主基因+多基因混合遗传模型分离分析方法进行了研究.结果表明:2个杂交组合的茎/叶性状遗传体系均由1对加性-显性主基因+加性-显性-上位性多基因(D-0)构成;F2世代的主基因遗传率为60.17%~68.74%,多基因遗传率为6.83%~10.23%;主基因以加性效应为主,且均有不同程度的负向显性效应.
以莖/葉性狀不同的3箇莖瘤芥自交繫為親本配製瞭2箇雜交組閤,對其P1、P2、F1、F2群體莖/葉性狀的遺傳體繫應用主基因+多基因混閤遺傳模型分離分析方法進行瞭研究.結果錶明:2箇雜交組閤的莖/葉性狀遺傳體繫均由1對加性-顯性主基因+加性-顯性-上位性多基因(D-0)構成;F2世代的主基因遺傳率為60.17%~68.74%,多基因遺傳率為6.83%~10.23%;主基因以加性效應為主,且均有不同程度的負嚮顯性效應.

Three inbred lines with different ratio of stem and leaf were used as parents and devel-oped 2 hybrids. Their genetic systems in stem/leaf ratio of P1,P2,F1 and F2 were analyzed by method of joint segregation analysis of major gene plus polygenes mixed inheritance model.The results showed that the genetic systems in stem/leaf ratio of these 2 hybridized combinations were constructed by one pair of additive-dominant major genes plus additive-dominant-epistatic polygenes (D-O).Heritability of the major genes and polygenes in F2 generations were 60.17%-68.74% and 6.83%-10.23%,respec-tively.The additive effects of the major genes were more important than their dominant effects,and dominant effects showed negative in various degrees in 2 hybridized combinations.
