Microbial genetics and molecular biology is an important course of Beijing forestry university microbiology postgraduate training. This course focused on the forefront of the microbial genetics development and the applications of molecular biology techniques in microbiology by bilingual teaching. In order to get the best teaching effect and stimulate students' interest, teaching content, textbook selection, bilingual teaching techniques, experimental teaching and assessment methods were discussed. This course was designed to train graduate students with comprehensive solid expertise and ability of the international cooperation.
